Hong kong Airport Terminal 2 Extension Project

With the development of society, Hong Kong Airport, as an Asian financial center, has been unable to meet the current needs of people, and the expansion of Terminal 2 is imminent.
Our company focuses on customized metal sheet metal processing, Steel Structure product development and production for many years, for our production management team has accumulated rich experience, for the curtain wall and wall steel structure part of the project laid the foundation.

Since it is an airport project, considering the safety, durability, anti-corrosion, anti-seismic and other high-level requirements, Party A has conducted several inspections and in-depth exchanges with us, and reached an agreement on quality requirements, material standards, production technology, engineering progress, project advancement, packaging and transportation, acceptance standards, and after-sales service. When the final contract landed, our company specially set up a new factory for this project.

After three months of preparation work, all the equipment has been arrived,the preliminary work has been basically completed. The project was officially started from October 2021. All materials were provided by Wugan Iron and Steel Corporation designated by Party A, meeting the high-level requirements of airport safety, durability, anti-corrosion, and seismic resistance.

The biggest problem encountered in the project is welding. Party A requires all welding to meet European standards and obtain a European standard welder certificate. Our company has trained more than 10 senior welders holding European standards to meet the requirements, all the welding process and welding points are inspected by a third-party testing company.All products must undergo welding flaw detection testing to ensure that the welding position of the entire product is solid and reliable.

At present, half of this project has been completed, all goods are transported directly to Hong Kong Airport by truck after completion, and then assembled directly after passing the on-site inspection.

This project is still ongoing, our products and services have received unanimous support from our customers. Therefore, we are continuing to produce new customized metal product projects. Our management team has also accumulated rich project management experiences, laying the foundation for our further development in the field of customized metal sheet metal processing and steel structures.
